YAY!! and it's chester's birthday today!!! Happy birthday chester!!! didn't sing him a birthday song!! =x

and his birthday marks the end of all our march babies' birthdays, so yay!!! cake soon :D

hmm, announcement... econs test, physics BRIDGE research (this is individual, but do work on the groupwork soon too), and all the SPAs coming up..

actually i think still got one announcement, but i can't remember now, when i do, i will post again!!!

and we forgot to take a group picture after everything!! some of the people didn't come too =( why didn't you all come?! it will be more fun i guess with your presence?

ah well, it's over already so yup, focus on whatever we have to do, like class bonding or motivation?

AND AND AND, block test for seniors are over!!! yay!!! rest well this week before starting to study hard again ok!! go for it!!

as for our dear classmates....... hmmm, work hard ah, a few tests coming our way (yes, this is not a pleasant reminder..... but well, reality ah..no choice)

heyo

these are some of the kbox photos. ice skating ones are with mengxiang, right? yah. haunt him for those. anyway, it was fun. yaze, lukuan, bowen, yee ching, dujing, maverick, meng xiang, xiaoyi, shu yan went ice skating and shi en, han wen, yuyu, hong ye, sheng kun, cai shuai, lee qi, angela and i went kbox. ice skating people finished their ice skating and went to kfc for their dinner/tea break. some ppl came into our kbox room for ard 10 min. and it was fun! oh yes, and i think we destroyed some of their coasters. -.-

then after kbox, me angela lee qi hong ye yuyu and meng xiang went to JEC for dinner. it was a really weird choice. it wasnt even where we went. oh yah, we went kallang leisure park btw. haha energy's going there on 30 march! : D

oh my god, i just realised our class blog is quite dead (as in the posts, not the tagboard... so keep up!!!) so i'm going to blog!!

yay, our first athena cip completed!!! unit cleaning and stuffs..... hope it was fun for all of you as it was to me! and of course, a few lessons that i learnt, and more understanding of the behaviour of a few classmates =) positive ones!! not negative, yay.

and yay!!!!!!! class outing!!!!!!! went to kallang for ice skating + kbox + dinner for some + evening meal for some (anything else??) i think it's fun! and i'm officially the person who fell the most number of times!

oh, did i wish meng xiang happy birthday?? no?? happy birthday mengxiang!!! work hard for this year and good luck for your endeavours!!!!

Also, let's welcome our "exchange" student from china (shandong??) Bo Wen (correct spelling??) !!! i think he's a very interesting and smart person... i hope you're feeling comfortable with us too Bo Wen! get used to the singapore culture (though it's not easy because you didn't grow up here, but i'm sure you'll get used to it over time ya?) ok?

ah well, i think JTS is at angela's house on 26 march, so everyone (us and seniors) keep that day free!!!!! more details will be given soon by lukuan =)

and..... good luck for block test seniors!!! (though most of it is gone...) and good luck to us juniors! ( for physics test...)

So it means..... GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

and thanks to everyone for everything i've had so far... i'm feeling more in the class now, really....

Hi, everyone
I think everyone who went to the CT outing today enjoyed it very much. Yah, the ice skating was really amazing, and now many of us can ice skate quite well already. (I really didn't expect I learned ice skating so fast and I didn't fall down for even once. Haha^^) So if we have ct outing the next time, I strongly suggest to go ice skating again!!

Also, for those who went to the k-box today, you also enjoyed that very much, esp. Cai Shuai & Xiao'Ou, didn't you? Haha, we can make even more chances for you two.

Yah, i think many pictures were taken today. Can you post them on the blog as well? Thx:-)

So hope you enjoy your long weekend but at the same time don't leave study behind.

This is the announcement on SMB regarding fac cip!! let's be high about it!! everybody gives me -.- look

Dear all

PLs note that the school has made it compulsory for all students
leaving for CIP on 20th March to be in "half u". Since some of us
are involve in manual work and some in painting, pls bring along
extra set of clothings to change before u start work.

2 buses have been scheduled to come back to college from Ju Eng (1
at 1230, another at 1 pm).

As for Sunlove, there will not be any transport back.

Reporting time: 8am
Reporting venue: LT2 (Sunlove) and LT3 (Ju Eng)
*Note: Students making their way there on your own, pls inform your
CT to facilitate attendance taking.

Pls bring along some rags and old newspapers. Students who are the
perpetually thirsty and/or hungry type, pls bring along your own
snacks and water.

yay, it's a few more days to mengxiang's birthday!! (countdown!!) random, but hey! jts's coming soon... excited?? it's our first organised outing for both senior and junior classes... looking forward to the BONDING that we'll get out from it after stj and subsequent interactions at class bench. Good luck to us doing hw and studying, but don't overwork ok? because resting is also just as important, and of course, enjoying ourselves :)

Hi ppl,

If you're wondering who hacked/changed the blog face, I did this on a whim last night. Anyways its pretty crappy and I really don't know how to use photoshop, so its not really well done. I also didn't know what words to put up there, so I random-ed something, but I couldn't leave it in the top left hand corner because the light in the picture was blocking it. Yeah, the font sucks too cuz i didn't know what font to use. Anyway, if anyone has suggestions for improvement just post it up here. But I still think its better if we find a nicer blog template because this one looks somewhat emo =/

Yesterday, was the day when the effort of all 黄城 members were paid off, it was also the days the applause for them ended, physically. We all understand, that the 华初 spirit will not die off even after events, because the events are only the beginning of it. So well, let's all work hard!!

And well done to all 黄城 members, the performance was really nice!! (on saturday, cuz i didn't go for sunday's sessions) And hurray to lee qi and shiyun!! =)after this whole row of events, do get more rest ok? we look forward to the next 黄城夜韵！

Haven't been updating on this blog for a very long time! so, hi!! Anyway, happy birthdaySSSSS to Hong Ye, Li Xiang and Shi En!!! you are all one year older than last year now, hope you all have a good year ahead!

And it's the march holidays, finally! not that we'll gonna have a great time with all the hw and upcoming physics test..... but ah well, at least a break from new knowledge cramped into the already saturated brains (at least mine's saturated, i dunno about yours, hope not!)

Take this time to recharge yourselves and we are going to bond and work well with one another in this upcoming year, don't give up on 08s6g! we reap what we sow, aye!

C1s Inter-CT Blogging Competition 2008

Theme: Live with Passion
(showcase how your classmates and teachers live life to the fullest
and with passion... study with passion, play with passion, dance
with passion...)

Prizes: S$1,000 worth of meal vouchers!
This sum is divided into the following:
1st: S$400
2nd: S$300
3rd: S$200
4th: S$100

As suggested by some students, we would ask the winning teams their
choice for the preferred eatery/restaurant. For example, a class
prefers Chinese food from a famous chain of restaurants while
another prefers Japanese food.

Judging Criteria - CAP:
1. C for Content/Thematic Coherence (50%): i.e. Showcase how
you “Live with Passion”
2. A for Aesthetics (20%)
3. P for Participation (30%)

Students’ Preparation – 27th Feb (Wed) to 19th March (Wed)
Competition ends on 19th March 2359h
Judging of Blogs in phases before and after closing date
Results on 1st April (Tue)
Judges’ Decisions are final.
