Answer: The enzyme Shoelase (pronounced as shu- L-A-s) catalyzed the break down of shuyan's shoes into nothingness. The fast rate of break down of shoe to nothingness is due to the optimum temperature of the shoelase (sub-zero degrees) created by cold jokes. Also as showlase have a large total surface area in contact with the shoes, rate of break down of shoe into nothingness is fast. Then, because of short distance between enzyme and substrate, rate is also fast. Optimum pH of 7 (normal air acidity) is also a reason for fast rate of brek down. Furthermore, as both enzyme and substrate concentrations are just right, there is no limiting agent in the catalysis reaction, that ensuring fast rate of reaction:D Thus Shuyan's shoes are able to disappear in minutes.
